Order and Shipping
1. When will I receive my order?
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, please check the tracking number attached on your order confirmation. For further questions, please email to order@brainjuiceart.com.
2. I now see a longer delivery time of my order. What can I do?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, or the domestic order had not been updated for up to a week, please email to order@brainjuiceart.com for refund or reshipping. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
3. When will I receive the invoice for my order?
After you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways:
A. If you have an account at brainjuiceart.com, log in to your account, and you can see your orders and will be able to download the invoice.
B. Please email to order@brainjuiceart.com to request for an invoice.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only offer U.S. domestic shipping on this website. For international orders, please visit our store on ETSY.
Return and Refund
1. I am not satisfied with the order I placed, can I return it?
All sales are FINAL.
If the order is placed but has no shipping label assigned yet, you can cancel the order. Once the shipping label is created, the order will not be able to modified.
For most orders, we don’t offer refund. however, if the product you ordered was lost or damaged during the shipping, please request for a refund to order@brainjuiceart.com in 7 days after the order has been delivered.
